Can I cancel or change my order ?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders or change them once they are placed on the website. However, you can refuse the package at the door. If the packaging remains intact, ICS Courier should not charge the return of the package to the shipper.
How do I return?
Email us using our contact form with your full name and order number.
Wait for our approval and instructions before sending back your products.
What items are returnable?

Used, Opened or damaged items

Are there any charges for return?
Original shipping charges is non-refundable (including free shipping cost)*
You are responsible for return shipping charges*
*Exceptions : for wrong product received, damaged product or skin reaction, all shipping costs will be covered.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 12 business days.
Return instructions
Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number, securely in a box. Please use the box the items arrived in.

Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates.
